Kay, I bought most of the tartlet tins when we were stationed in England way back when. While there, a group of us went to Dieppe in France to take a French cooking class, not a hands on one, but observer type of class. I bought some of the tins there. The lighting was basic window light, somewhat diffused, with a white reflector to bounce some light back into the shadows. Thanks for commenting. Lynne

Beautiful, Lynne. Do you own this many tartlet tins? Lighting is beautiful! I really want to improve on that this year with my food photos. :)
