Two months down and ten to go on my 365 project using my iPhone only for the photos. I enjoy looking back over the month of photos as a visual diary of where I've been over the month, although many of my photos are still life images, I try to include members of my family when possible. A Single Carnation

My single carnation from Valentine's Day a week later, plus some,  has fully opened and it's been in several photographs of late and hopefully, will be in some more before it finally shrivels up and is no more. After shooting the flower by itself in the vase, I added two empty vases to the shot for a different look. The quote comes from Monet who had lovely gardens with many flowers that he used for his famous painting. The texture is "Felicity" from Kim Klassen and is being shared with her Texture Tuesday. Enjoy!

"Every house where love abides And friendship is a guest, Is surely home, and home, sweet home For there the heart can rest." ~ Henry van Dyke (1852-1933)

Thirty One Days of January- 365 Photos

One month out of twelve! Hopefully, I can keep up with the 365 project as I only lasted until March of last year. It is easier to use the iPhone to take the photos simply that I have it with me at all times. Each day, I upload a photo to the Project 365 pro app on my phone. There is a free one, but I bought the pro version which costs $.99, but with it you can save your monthly photos to your photo album on the iPhone, email or print. There is a drawback that each photo is not clickable or can be enlarged. Flickr in conjunction with Mosaic Maker has that capability, but does require loading the photos to Flickr and then using the Mosiac Maker to create a collage.

Stay tuned for the February 365.
